You will have the possibility to work 100% remotely, working in a high-growth international company, in which all members love to create, work in teams, analyze and help Community Managers to make their work easier.

Your mission is to identify and engage potential clients in the EMEA market, leading the sales process from first contact to closing. Youll play a key role in building strong customer relationships while sharing valuable market and product insights to support your team and other departments.

In this position, you will be able to make a wonderful contribution and impact in different areas :

As Account Executive,

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Identify and engage inbound (CRM) and outbound leads (mainly marketing agencies and SaaS companies) through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's needs and guide them through the trial activation phase.

Track and update CRM records, tasks, and pipeline progress accurately, monitoring performance metrics and spotting opportunities for improvement.

Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Maintain client relationships through proactive follow-ups, identifying upsell opportunities or other specific needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Document blockers, insights, and questions to help refine messaging and improve sales operations.

As a Team Member,

Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Product, and Tech to align strategies and share customer feedback.

Actively participate in team meetings to exchange learnings, market insights, and optimize internal workflows.

Help improve and streamline sales processes, contributing to a smooth, collaborative, supportive and goal-driven team environment.

Long story, short : How will your first days in Metricool look like?

First month : For the first few weeks, we will ensure you understand your impact on the team and the business and learn about the team, the industry, and processes. You will meet every contributor on your team and understand their areas of expertise.

First Quarter : Within the first three months, you will understand your teams workflow, work autonomously, and begin sharing new ideas and creating a more significant impact, reaching the expected amount of leads and MRR.

To the moon : After this process, you will become an active and important team member, becoming a reference within your markets and regarding your own sales strategies, always keeping them aligned with your team and the company goals.

Job requirements. Youll be successful on your mission if you meet the following :

Based in Spain

Experience : 3+ years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Knowledge of at least one of the following markets : France, Germany or Portugal.

Education : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.

Languages : Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Spanish, and in one of the following : French, German, or Portuguese.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)

Experience managing hybrid pipelines (inbound + outbound).

Data analysis skills to monitor and optimize sales performance.

Familiarity with SaaS, social media tools, or marketing agencies is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What are the steps of the hiring process?

First interview (30 minutes) with Juli, our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to know each other, know more about the company and our culture, the position and the team, and if your background and aspirations fit the profile.

Second interview (1 hour) with Pablo, our Head of Sales, to develop a role-play (bring your favorite service or product to pitch) and understand the fit with the company.

Final language test to prove your current level in French, German or Portuguese.
