We are seeking an amazing Email Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and update marketing campaigns.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

• Lead email marketing strategy and execution
• Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions
• Develop engaging email flows for different industries
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters
• Segment audiences for better engagement and results
• Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Optimize lead nurturing workflows
• Conduct A / B testing to improve email KPIs
• Establish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendations
• Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices
• Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creation

• 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience
• Proven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365)
• Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments
• Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails
• Has a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practices
• Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
