- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Spanish‑speaking clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Identify new sales prospects through research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Present products and services with clarity and passion, tailoring pitches to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
- Stay informed about products, market trends, and industry developments to effectively advise clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities through the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets and implement best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written;
- Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, preferably within a B2B context.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business expansion opportunities.
- Self-driven, goal‑oriented, and proactive in overcoming challenges.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking software is a plus.
