We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

In this role, as a tire expert, you\'ll have the chance to provide personalized recommendations, share exciting promotions, and ensure that every customer\'s experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your main functions will be:

• Provide tire recommendations based on customers\' vehicle specifications and driving needs.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Work Monday to Friday (No weekends), 09:00-18:00.

• Fluent in French Language at a C2 Level.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Candidates are required to have a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) to access Bosch\'s work-from-home platforms. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the need to work from the office.
• Candidates must be based in Barcelona. While remote work is allowed, a Barcelona location is required to ensure availability for regular in-office activities such as training, quality assessments, and daily operations when needed. The current home office policy allows for up to 5 mandatory in-office days per month, with the remainder of the month spent working from home.
• Initial 4 months fixed-term contract, with real possibilities to become permanent after this initial period.
