About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.


As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients.


This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare technology and looking to kick start their career in sales.


You will be targeting insurance companies, private hospitals, public hospitals and telemedicine providers.


What you need to achieve

Below is an outline of the key areas that define this role.


Prospecting And Lead Generation


  • Develop prospecting strategies for defined markets in collaboration with the sales leader.

  • Proactively seek potential clients through cold calls, emails and digital tools and channels.

  • Identify and research potential clients within the health sector, including insurance companies, private hospitals, public hospitals and telemedicine providers.

  • Utilize various tools and techniques to generate and qualify new leads.

  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls and social media to introduce Legit.Health’s offerings and qualify interest.


Lead Qualification And Nurturing


  • Qualify prospects using the SPICED methodology (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision).

  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and pain points.

  • Actively listen to clients to accurately identify their requirements and offer tailored solutions.

  • Educate prospects on the benefits of Legit.Health’s AI-powered medical device software.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

  • Provide daily follow-up to outbound leads to identify their needs and offer the best solution in alignment with the sales leader.


Pipeline Management And CRM Updates


  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

  • Track and manage the lead pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and movement through the sales funnel.

  • Update the CRM daily with contact details and results from interactions with each client.

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.

  • Send requested documentation to clients and fill out forms required for vendor creation or bidding processes when necessary.


Collaboration And Reporting


  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve lead generation strategies.

  • Participate in and report progress during sales meetings to continuously improve the sales process.

  • Represent the company at corporate events to promote services and brand image.

  • Ensure actions are taken to meet objectives and key results established by management.

  • Support and respond to the leader’s requests related to clients.


Market Research


  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

  • Share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams to help shape strategies.


Must Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

  • 1‑2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the health or technology sectors.

  • Experience in international markets, both within and outside Europe.

  • Proven track record of success in similar roles with references.

  • Experience with G Suite applications.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot or alike).

  • Strong presentation skills, including meetings with C‑level, upper management executives, and medical staff.

  • Expertise in storytelling with clear and effective supporting analysis.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with clients and partners at the senior executive and director level.

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Capability to make independent decisions after analyzing the situation.

  • Natural problem solver and strategic thinker.

  • Efficiency and readiness to deliver measurable results.

  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of news, trends, and regulations in the healthcare sector.

Languages
