You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high-quality service to our customers in the Netherlands, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.

What You Will Do :

• Preparation of quotations.
• Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their inquiries.
• Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
• Mechanical advice on inquiries received.
• Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
• Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
• Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.

What You Bring :

• Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Dutch C1 / C2 is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
