A leading technology company in Spain is seeking a skilled software developer with at least 7 years of professional experience. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications, designing multi-tier systems, and writing technical documentation. Candidates should have strong knowledge of application development environments and software methodologies. This role requires teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
• Minimum 7 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development of IT systems (e.g. web/database/apps).

Responsabilidades

• Development and maintenance of software applications.

• Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of software applications. Development and integration of technological components.
• Design, implementation and maintenance of multi-tiers applications. Implementation of user requirements.
• Prototyping.
• Elaboration of test programs. Integration with other applications. Writing of technical documentation.
• Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system. Participation in meetings with the project teams.

Knowledge and skills

• In depth knowledge of application development environments.
• Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications. Good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, AGILE). Knowledge of relational database systems.
• Very good knowledge of GIT.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments. Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
• Capability of working in a team.

Education and experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
• Minimum 7 years of IT professional experience.

• Experience with UML, BPMN or equivalent Business Process Analysis or modelling tool.
