Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiasticSenior Marketing Designerto join our dynamic Marketing Team and take full responsibilityfor designing a variety of visual assets across multiple channels, including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, and landing pages.

You'll work closely with the Brand and Product Marketing Team to bring brand visions to life, while ensuring all materials align with the company's goals and values. If you're a skilled designer with a keen eye for detail, an understanding of design principles, and a passion for producing high-quality digital assets, we’d love to meet you. Therefore, you wouldbe in charge of the following:

- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, video content, and landing page visuals;
-Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling visual assets that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences;
-Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and design across all marketing materials;
-Edit and produce video content for social media, email campaigns, and website use;
-Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns;
-Work with copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand, and engaging assets;
-Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the creative output.


Requirements

-At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and marketing design (including social media and ads);
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva;
-Experience with video editing and motion graphics creation;
-Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling;
-Knowledge of web design principles;
-A creative mindset with a blend of design expertise and marketing know-how;
-Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times;
-Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken);
-A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills;
-Experience with HTML/CSS and UI/UX principles, particularly in customizing landing pages;
-Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Added values

-Knowledge of A/B testing principles and design optimization for conversion rates;
-Interest and/or experience in the tech and software industry.


Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.
