Your mission

Working within the Games Creation team, you will be responsible for creating and validating math models for online slots and other games. You will be inspired by market-leading content and pursue innovation, working in collaboration with Game Designers to deliver best-in-class gambling games.

What you’ll do

• Develop math models for gambling games that are robust and highly engaging to the player
• Use spreadsheets and simulation to create the best gaming experience possible
• Ensure all games meet jurisdictional compliance requirements
• Provide statistical summaries understandable by non-mathematicians
• Collaborate with game designers to turn ideas into math models
• Review designs and suggest alternatives when necessary
• Analyze ideas statistically under review
• Contribute your own game design ideas
• Work with engineering teams on math model implementation
• Document model data, structure, and implementation details
• Validate game engine statistics against math models
• Help troubleshoot implementation issues
• Support existing models and features
• Stay updated with industry practices

What you’ll NEED

• A degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• 2+ years’ experience as a Mathematician in online gaming
• Experience with Excel and math modeling
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language, C++ preferred
• Portfolio of published games
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
