MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly attentive and responsible Content Moderator to join our remote night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing social media posts, comments, videos, and images to ensure that content aligns with community guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and positive digital environment for users worldwide.

• Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content across social media platforms.

• Flag and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content according to company guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing content.

• Prepare and submit daily moderation reports and document violations or trends.

• Collaborate with the team to escalate potential policy violations or security risks.

• Stay updated on social media trends, community standards, and platform policies.

• Strong proficiency in written English with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.

• Quick decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Basic knowledge of digital ethics, content standards, and community guidelines.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or customer support will be an advantage.

• Night shift schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (IST) or as per company requirements.

• 5–6 working days per week with flexible shift rotations as needed.

• Strong observational and analytical skills for identifying inappropriate content.

• Ability to maintain a neutral and professional attitude while reviewing sensitive material.

• Time management skills to meet daily content review targets.
