A coffee importer is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to expand their presence in Southern Europe, focusing on building relationships with roasters. This remote role requires fluent Spanish and English, as well as a willingness to travel frequently. Candidates should be organised, customer-focused, and self-driven, with a passion for connecting producers and roasters. Omwani is a relationship-driven East African green coffee importer. We’re growing in Spain and Portugal – and we’re looking for someone to lead that charge.
This is a new role, focused on building our presence in Spain and Portugal (with scope to support other Southern European markets when needed).
You’ll spend your time meeting roasters, uncovering opportunities, and helping them grow through our producer-led sourcing approach. The role is remote, but you’ll be out on the road often – visiting roasteries across Iberia, attending sales events, and joining quarterly team meetings in the UK.
We’re not looking for a pushy salesperson. We’re looking for someone consultative, curious, and proactive – someone who can build trust quickly, translate our value proposition clearly, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
