Bayteca, an innovative mortgage solutions company based in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Marketing Executive for its Mortgage Business Unit, which includes two brands: Bayteca and Mortgage Direct.

About Bayteca: Our mission is to simplify obtaining mortgages through care, clarity, and transparency. We serve both resident and non-resident clients, providing tailored mortgage solutions with a team of experts guiding them through every step.

About Mortgage Direct: Specializing in the non-resident mortgage market in Spain, Mortgage Direct has been the go-to broker for high net worth individuals for 17 years, offering a wide range of solutions and excellent service.

• Identify target customer segments and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels including PR, events, paid media, social media, CRM, and content marketing.
• Create diverse content such as microcopy, marketing materials, landing pages, blogs, and communication for growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Designers on research and discovery processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, including content, social media, PR, and events.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across different regions.
• Resilience and adaptability in changing environments.
• Fluency in Castilian Spanish (C1 level) and at least English proficiency.
• Experience in BTL marketing and product marketing is a plus.
