A leading open-source software firm in Spain is looking for a first-level engineering manager to lead a team of engineers. The role involves coaching and mentoring, implementing engineering processes, and collaborating with stakeholder teams. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for people development.
