Job summary
Una empresa de tecnología en salud busca un Consultor de Implementación Técnica en Madrid. El candidato ideal debe tener una licenciatura en Informática o Ingeniería Biomédica y más de 2 años de experiencia. Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar soporte técnico, gestionar información para productos EDI, y colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y testing, así como ofrecer asesoramiento sobre actualizaciones de software y hardware. Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés, y disponibilidad para viajar dentro de España o Europa.
Qualifications
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Experiencia en diseño y administración de bases de datos.
- Conocimientos de estándares médicos: DICOM, HL7 e IHE.
Responsibilities
- Proveer soporte técnico a equipos de Aplicaciones y Pruebas.
- Actualizar la base de datos de información de servicios EDI.
- Asistir en la dirección técnica y soporte al equipo de Incidencias EDI.

Job Title : Technical Implementation Consultant
Job Description
Be a point of reference for our customers for technical aspects, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arena, working from a high competence European Customer Service Center.
You are responsible for
- Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
- Meet with EDI services, applications, and sales teams as required to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans, and align schedules.
- Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
- Support the EDI Incident Support team in the accumulation and distribution of technical information.
- Keep Philips EDI service information database updated.
- Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades and changes to setup and functionalities.
- Interface with the Research & Development teams for software bug reporting.
You're the right fit if :
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with strong teamwork and problem analysis skills.
- Experience in database design, implementation / development, administration, Data Guard, backups and recovery, tuning, and Oracle Programming Language (PL / SQL developer).
- Experience developing simple integration components (COM object interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, HL7, etc.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server, VMware, and Hyper-V solutions.
- Understanding of Medical Standards: DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
- Availability to travel within the country or across Europe (e.g., trainings in Italy).
