Your Role : We are looking for a proactive and results-driven C ommunication and CRM Manager to lead our product management initiatives, ensuring the best possible experience for both buyers and sellers. You will focus on identifying areas for improvement, spotting new opportunities, and bridging gaps in our platform. By drafting comprehensive business requirements, you will merge market insights with creative solutions and compelling seller narratives to drive agile development.

Key responsibilities :

  • Define communication plans based on overall seller engagement strategy to reach the desired seller communication result (opening rate, satisfaction rate, engagement result etc.).
  • Monitor, track , report seller communication progress and optimize communication process.
  • Partnered with PD & engineering team to develop new features of seller communication tools.
  • Answer, sorting & optimize questions on community.
  • Develop & grow community leaders among sellers.
  • Optimize the community platform.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree
  • C2 Spanish speaker + Fluent English
  • Very strong communication skills (especially written) for marketplace scenarios, not limited to understand both business needs and seller needs; draft engaging content in a simple but attractive way; a "people person" with high-energy and client oriented mindset
  • A fast-learner who adapts him / herself into an innovative environment with uncertainty
  • Experience in copywriting and editing will be a plus
  • Experience in visual design is a plus
