Job summary
A fast-growing talent-focused business is seeking a Head of Content Distribution & Growth. The role involves designing and scaling content strategies to enhance organic traffic across social platforms. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the creator economy and proven success in launching campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. A strong understanding of social media trends and analytics is essential. This position allows for remote work with flexibility around US time zones.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in a relevant role within the creator economy or digital media.
- Experience launching and scaling organic traffic on social platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in platform analytics.
Responsibilities
- Build a full-cycle content pipeline from ideation to analytics.
- Lead a high-performing team of creatives and managers.
- Develop content formats tailored to various social platforms.
- Run A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify growth channels and experiment with new content formats.
