A fast-growing talent-focused business is seeking a Head of Content Distribution & Growth. The role involves designing and scaling content strategies to enhance organic traffic across social platforms. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the creator economy and proven success in launching campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. A strong understanding of social media trends and analytics is essential. This position allows for remote work with flexibility around US time zones.
We are looking for a Head of Content Distribution & Growth to launch and scale an organic traffic generation function for a fast-growing talent-focused business in the creator economy. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize a content engine that turns talent-driven stories into predictable reach, engagement, and revenue across multiple social platforms.
Location: Remote (strong overlap with US time zones is a plus)

Language Requirements: Fluent English (C1+), with strong understanding of trends and pop culture in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA, etc.)
Build a full-cycle content pipeline — from idea generation and scripting to production, publishing, and performance analytics — ensuring consistency and scalability.
Launch, lead, and mentor a lean, high-performing team (scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, designers).
Develop and maintain a “format bible” for each talent: content pillars, hooks, narratives, and visual styles tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, and X/Twitter.
Oversee and approve content concepts and drafts to ensure they are viral-ready, brand-safe, and aligned with business goals.
Run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, formats, posting times, and CTAs to continuously improve watch time, retention, CTR, and conversion.
Build and iterate on content funnels that turn views and engagement into followers, community, leads, and revenue.
Turn performance data and platform insights into clear action plans for the creative team and talent.
Identify and double down on high-potential growth channels and emerging platforms.
Experiment with new content formats and distribution tactics, scaling what demonstrably works.
2–3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, Marketing Lead, or similar role in the creator economy, digital media, or social-first brands.
Proven experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (incl. Shorts), Snapchat, and Reddit.
Experience building and management of creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers, SMM / community managers).
Deep understanding of short‑form video distribution: platform algorithms, formats, guidelines, policies, and content trends.
A strong portfolio of case studies: viral campaigns, scaled content strategies, subscriber growth, significant view/revenue increases.
Analytical mindset and hands‑on experience with platform analytics (TikTok, Meta, Snap, YouTube Analytics, etc.) and key metrics for content performance.
Fluent English and strong awareness of internet culture, memes, and pop culture in Tier-1 countries.
Experience with Reddit promotion and moderation (subreddits, posting strategies, community rules).
Hands‑on experience in scriptwriting for short‑form and social‑first video content.
Background working directly with talent, creators, or influencers in a management or growth function.
