A luxury hotel group in Spain is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and guest services. Candidates should have a professional degree and at least 2 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment. We are seeking a dynamic, service‑oriented Front Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. As the face of the hotel, you will ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, lead by example, and foster a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members. This role is critical in delivering a seamless check‑in/check‑out experience, maintaining high service standards, and supporting a culture of excellence.
