Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain multi-cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) and SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in AI generative environments .
• Manage database access, provisioning, and maintenance (SQL & NoSQL).
• Generate reports on cloud service usage and performance .
• Execute and debug Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts for maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage incidents.
• Handle support requests and ensure timely responses.
• Restart and maintain cloud services as needed.
• Document operational procedures and best practices .

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, DevOps, or cloud system administration .
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure & GCP (preferred but not required).
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases .
• Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring & logging tools .
• Ability to execute / debug Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts .
• Understanding of REST APIs & SaaS integration .

Soft Skills :

• Problem-solving & proactive mindset.
• Teamwork & communication with technical & non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills.????
• Attention to detail & focus on service quality.

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory) :

• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

About the projects you will work on

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.

You will work on projects with a leading company in digital transformation with a passion for technology and innovation in sectors such as banking (35 of the main banks worldwide work with our client), insurance, industrial and automotive in Big Data projects, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, among others.
