THE TEAM
The Cloud Operations team is dedicated to delivering around-the-clock support, providing 24x7x365 assistance to our global SaaS & Hosted customers. This pivotal business unit manages uptime, optimizes performance, and ensures high availability for all systems supporting our customers within SaaS and Hosted environments. Our operational landscape includes complex ecosystems with multi-tiered applications, microservices, containers, virtual servers, and large-scale SQL databases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a Principal Cloud Network Security Architect with expertise in SaaS cloud operations, AWS networking and security, and regulatory compliance. This role involves designing and securing our cloud network infrastructure and aligning security strategies across teams. The ideal candidate is a technical leader, articulate, and experienced in pre-sales discussions on networking and security topics.
