You’ll be writing copy, launching campaigns, and optimizing in-platform performance while also shaping the growth strategy.   • Analytics and AI: Combine analytical rigor with vibe marketing. Use AI to scale campaigns, free up time for creative direction, and deliver marketing that both performs and resonates.
  • Hands-on and fast-moving: Write copy, launch campaigns, and pull reports yourself, learning fast and scaling what works.
  • High visibility: Work directly with sales, product marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to shape how we go to market and grow.
  • Room to innovate: Test new ideas, apply AI to scale programs, and bring creative growth tactics that cut through.
Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage market research and customer data to define audience personas, segmentation criteria, and messaging strategies.
  • Build and run campaigns end to end, from ads and landing page copy to nurtures and reporting.
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and product teams to define segments, craft messaging, and align on growth and pipeline goals.
  • Be a full-funnel and lifecycle marketer, designing programs that span awareness, demand, nurture, retention, and expansion while focusing resources where they will move the needle most.
  • Manage and optimize paid channels such as Google, LinkedIn, syndication, social, and niche publishers through continuous testing.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine channel mix based on performance data to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords and build paid search strategies.
  • Create high-impact campaign assets including landing pages, ads, emails, nurture tracks, and sales enablement tools.
  • Build nurture programs that convert interest into qualified opportunities and accelerate deals.
  • Own reporting on marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, with a focus on CAC, CPL, ROAS, velocity, and lifetime value.
  • Run growth experiments using structured frameworks such as sprints and A/B testing to validate hypotheses quickly and scale proven tactics.
  • Apply vibe marketing principles, using AI to handle execution such as content creation, optimization, and workflows while you focus on creative direction and emotional resonance.
  • Leverage the MarTech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, enrichment tools) to keep execution lean and effective.
  • Test, learn, and iterate quickly, prioritizing speed to impact over perfection.
Professional experience/qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with proven success in growth and performance marketing.
  • Comfortable being both strategist and executor. You set the plan and build the campaign.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in resource-constrained environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEM, paid social, email nurture, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, and email.
  • Experience developing a content marketing strategy, project managing the content process, creating content directly, and building the workflows and campaigns to activate it.
  • Analytical mindset, skilled at pulling data, analyzing performance, and making quick decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and related MarTech tools.
  • Proven track record applying growth frameworks such as weekly sprints, A/B testing, and structured experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to build scalable growth systems.
  • Ability to apply vibe marketing, blending AI-driven execution with human creativity to create campaigns that are fast, scalable, and emotionally resonant.
  • Full-funnel mindset. You understand how awareness, demand creation, nurturing, retention, and sales enablement fit together, and you know how to flex resources where impact is greatest.

Education
