A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM to act as a primary interface between business units and IT for system demands. Responsibilities include managing SAP HCM requests, leading projects, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong HR process understanding, demand management experience, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a full-time freelance contract with teleworking options.

Formación

• Strong understanding of HR processes and requirements.
• Experience in demand management and project management.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Act as the primary interface between business units / business country leads and IT for SAP HCM-related system demands
• Manage incoming requests for SAP HCM enhancements and projects
• Manage incoming project requests across countries and customers
• Align and plan demand with SAP HCM team
• Facilitate change board meetings and maintain a demand backlog
• Monitor demand lifecycle and ensure timely delivery

Project Lead

• Prepare and (partially) lead SAP HCM-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
• Define project effort and timelines in collaboration with SAP HCM team and with stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risks.
• Report project status to stakeholders

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR-requirements.
• Experience in demand management and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

NICE TO HAVE

• First experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations or integrations

LANGUAGE

• English- (Fluent in English - C1)
