The Role :
As a Junior Campaign Specialist , youll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Youll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.
What Youll Do :
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
- Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
- Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
What Were Looking For :
German at C2 level + high level of English
1 / 2 years experience in sales and / or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
BA / BS degree or equivalent (Marketing / Communications a plus)

Salary : 23.876 gross / year + up to 3.408 bonus / year
