• Ideate & Innovate: Research, brainstorm, and generate ad concepts that stand out
• Stay Ahead: Analyze competitors, track trends, and uncover market insights to fuel our strategy
• Create & Collaborate: Work with UGC creators or step in front of the camera yourself
• Lead & Execute: Coordinate tasks for designers, copywriters, influencers, and managers, ensuring seamless execution
• Test & Optimize: Monitor creative performance across UA channels and iterate for success
• Inspire the Team: Organize brainstorm sessions that spark breakthrough ideas

• Experience promoting mobile apps or digital products
• A creative, proactive mindset: you thrive on bold ideas and self-driven projects
• Structured thinking with a data-informed approach to creativity
• Market intuition (you get what works for LATAM, the US, or Europe)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams
• English fluency (B2+/Upper-Intermediate minimum)

• Knowledge of marketing testing frameworks
• Background in video/content production
• Experience with content farms or AI tools for scaling/adapting creatives
