Formación

With a global network of teams in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Elevated Shopping focuses on fashion and product photography, photo retouching, graphic design, video and CGI production, automated image acquisition, and image support services. We continuously innovate and set new industry standards for showcasing millions of products across multiple global marketplaces.

Elevated Content Services is looking for a creative, organized, and versatile Producer to deliver social, print, digital and video projects across Amazon brands. This role will be focused on video productions but the ideal candidate is flexible and capable of working on integrated campaigns.

This manifests itself through visual design, branding, photography, video, social, digital, advertising and user experience design. We are responsible for the branding and creative development of style guides for the Amazon master brand and collaborate with business partners around the world to support a wide range of devices, services, features, and retail categories. We apply strategic insight to delight customers – driving discovery, engagement, and trust.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver on a variety of challenging creative projects ensuring compliance to corporate policy, overall adherence to budget and process guidelines, and continual improvement of team capabilities.
  • Work closely with the creatives, designers and campaign team to develop best practices, scale process and deliver bar‑raising work.
  • Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage the expectations of internal production partners and clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers).
  • Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Functional Skills
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of video, photo crew roles and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of industry rates and booking procedures of freelance talent.
  • Understanding of legal releases.
  • Collaborative with proven ability to work across teams and synthesize input from creative stakeholders.
  • Experience working with time‑tracking/resource management tools.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
  • Expertise in applied techniques with a working knowledge of photo/video production, post‑production, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics.
  • Experience implementing or managing digital asset management tools.
