As a Data Scientist in our Barcelona team, you'll work with large datasets and advanced analytics to develop AI-powered solutions across various business areas such as fraud detection, recommendation engines, user personalization, and marketing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct predictive analytics to understand customer interactions and anticipate needs.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to embed machine learning into products and generate insights.
- Share best analytical practices across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest in machine learning and data science.
- Communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coding skills in Python; experience with Scala, R, Java is a plus.
- Experience with frameworks like Spark, TensorFlow, and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with Big Data technologies (distributed computing, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Kafka).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging AI solutions.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity.
- Adaptability and quick learning of new AI features.
- Interest in collaborating with AI as a 'pair programmer'.
