Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Mobile Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing mobile UI for a modern integration platform using React Native. You will work with product, design and back-end teams to build innovative features. You will also be responsible to:

• Build efficient and reusable React Native components

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Experience Designers to iterate on the design and implementation of our product

• Identify and resolve performance issues.

• Solve non-trivial coding and architecture problems with simple and innovative solutions

• Take ownership of a project or feature

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for details and high standards for code quality and efficiency. A candidate must have a strong drive for results, good interpersonal skills, and is a team player who has the ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment independently.

Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a mobile-focused Software Development

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic background

• Strong experience with React Native

• Advanced-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

• Familiar with web security and accessibility

• Familiar with React Native apps performance optimizations

• Understanding of native modules and the ability to bridge between React Native and native code

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Proven experience building, maintaining, and deploying customer-facing mobile apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play

• Knowledge of QA automation processes and tools

• Fluency with the Unix command line interface

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

• Keen eye for design details and a strong sense of good UX.

• Willing to go the extra mile to do things right and fast
