Base pay range

Our customer in the AdTech domain is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to help improve ad campaign performance and support cross-team decision-making through robust data analysis. The role focuses on performance insights, visualization, and statistical testing in a collaborative ad-tech environment.

It suits a technically skilled analyst with hands-on experience in SQL and Python who enjoys turning raw data into actionable business insights. The right person thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and has a knack for clear communication. Familiarity with ad-tech or interest in A / B testing and big data is a plus.

Key Duties

• Analyze ad performance data across multiple sources to inform campaign optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for both internal and client-facing use
• Conduct statistical analyses and data mining on user engagement and conversion
• Run A / B tests on ad strategies and app features
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Document data workflows and findings clearly
• 2+ years in a data analyst or related role
• Proficient in SQL
• Skilled in Python 3 and data visualization tools
• Experienced with data cleaning, validation, and transformation
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with non-technical audiences
• Located in or willing to move to Barcelona
