Your mission :

  • You organize your area independently and thus contribute to the efficient support of the team in the day-to-day business.
  • You support our Branch Director with office and personal tasks.
  • You support the Administration and Finance Coordinator in the preparation of proforma invoices, purchase orders, and other related tasks.
  • You are an important link to internal departments such as Engineering, Order Management, Marketing, Legal, or Accounting, providing valuable interdepartmental support.
  • Additionally, you will undertake varied organizational tasks for our international branches.
  • Your involvement in projects concerning internal processes and structures completes your diverse field of activity.
  • Plan and book travel for the director and employees.
  • Translate commercial and technical documents from English into Spanish and vice versa.

Your profile :

  • You have completed a commercial / administrative apprenticeship (or comparable) with some experience in assistance roles.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications and skilled in creating presentations and spreadsheets.
  • You possess a team-oriented mentality, flexibility, and maintain composure under stress.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have excellent English skills for daily tasks.
  • Reliability, independence, and handling sensitive information responsibly are essential.
  • You communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • You are proactive and capable of solving problems independently.
