A leading insurance company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our financial future and support our growth. As a vital member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will ensure long-term sustainability and scalability while aligning with our mission. Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading and executing financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency.

• Define and implement the global financial strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board.
• Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset, balancing ambitious growth with financial stability.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with agility.
• Provide clear financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams on strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Optimize cost structures, automate processes, and enhance financial management.

• Oversee settlements and reconciliations with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage monthly financial reconciliation and partner settlements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
• Develop a robust risk management framework.
• Maintain integrity, ethics, and transparency in finance functions.

• 5+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in scaleups, insurtechs, or digital-first companies.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a global outlook.
• Ability to lead through uncertainty and build high-performing finance teams.

• Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day).
• 100% remote, with optional office visits in Barcelona.
