A global automotive leader based in Galicia seeks a Global EOL Test Manager to provide technological leadership in End-of-Line testing and support manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, extensive experience in EOL testing, and proficiency in relevant programming languages. This role promotes best practices and leads a team in developing advanced test technologies in a collaborative environment.
The Global EOL Test Manager is responsible for providing both strategic and technological leadership in the areas of End-of-Line (EOL) testing and BorgWarner Production Control Systems (BWPCS). This individual will develop advanced EOL test technologies, design comprehensive test solutions, and provide training and standards. They will lead EOL Test Councils, promote best practices, share lessons learned, and foster a continuous learning environment among manufacturing engineers (MEs) in the plants.
Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing global Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards and supporting electronics manufacturing requirements for facilities. The Global EOL Test Manager will also collaborate closely with product development teams to create test and flash specifications for electronic products.
