A cloud security platform provider in Lecrín, Andalucía is seeking a Technical Account Manager to build strategic relationships with customers and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of their platform. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in customer-facing roles, strong technical knowledge in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, and excellent communication skills. This role involves leading deployments and driving feature adoption to maximize customer satisfaction.

Formación

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or similar roles.
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team post-sale, supporting account continuity.
  • Lead the technical deployment of the Upwind platform post-sale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues quickly.
