Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant.

Working model: Remote with occasional visits to the Madrid office

Start: ASAP for 6 months (possible extension)

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant to support our global security awareness initiatives, with a focus on operating the KnowBe4 platform. This role involves executing cybersecurity training and phishing simulation campaigns organization-wide.

This position is crucial in fostering a strong security culture globally by deploying engaging training content, managing user enrollment, resolving platform inquiries, and generating reports for compliance and performance analysis.

This is a non-managerial, execution-focused role reporting to the Global Cybersecurity Awareness Lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the KnowBe4 platform, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring campaigns.
• Maintain user data accuracy and support training-related issues.
• Monitor training completion and follow up on non-compliance, including escalations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support audits.
• Support content localization in English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with HR and global teams to onboard new hires into cybersecurity training.
• Recommend improvements for platform usage and campaign engagement.

Requirements:

• University degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation) are a plus.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably globally or regionally.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with KnowBe4 platform.
• Ability to manage user training operations and support.
• Knowledge of IT security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Strong knowledge of KnowBe4 features.
• Attention to detail, operational discipline, analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns.
• Team-oriented with a focus on cybersecurity awareness.
