Leads installations of technical systems applications or process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Senior member within team supporting clients with managing initial access map and transfer data create process documentation and train or coordinate training for client users. Troubleshoots complex client issues as they arise.

Essential Functions :

1. Capability to apply abstract reuse patterns to integrations and code both on platform and elsewhere using one or more nCino supported languages.
2. Ability to manipulate how Salesforce leverages utilizes and generates nCino supported languages.
3. Provide technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants when building integrations into the nCino / platform using the nCino Integration Framework.
4. Begin to co-lead integrations from third-party systems into the nCino platform using various technical solutions based on the project needs.
5. Document process and procedure to streamline integration methodology.
6. Build and document testing requirements for projects.
7. Provide solution and integration development including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, testing, and deployment.
8. Evaluate vendor API and interface specifications.
9. Handle multiple projects effectively while maintaining quality.
10. Work independently, prioritize tasks and projects.
11. Translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
12. Drive customer success with a team-oriented attitude.
13. Design Salesforce solutions that meet customer needs.
14. Track time and bill for hours worked on projects.
15. Assist sales and engineering on technical prospect calls as needed.

Requirements :

1. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a master's/advanced degree; or equivalent work experience. Some barriers to entry exist at this level requiring department review.
2. Ability to design, build, articulate, and defend architectural designs, primarily around integrations, including some basic UI components.
3. Support a DevOps process and build solutions using various software development practices.
4. Apply engineering principles to code flow and integration patterns using on- and off-platform tools.
5. Document complex solutions and customer-facing documentation.
6. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS technologies.
8. Experience with ETL/integration platforms and developer toolkit IDEs.
9. Exposure to configuration and custom development.
10. Good understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, with experience in object-oriented languages.

Desired :

1. Experience with large financial institutions, especially with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
2. Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, C.
3. Experience with ETL/integration platforms like Cast Iron, Informatica, SnapLogic.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills.
5. Strong customer and professional skills.
6. Position may require some travel.
