• Design and implement strategic approaches to document lifecycle and archiving, tailored to regulatory and operational requirements.
• Lead technical and compliance‑related projects involving system decommissioning and data migration.
• Contribute to the development of global policies on metadata and data retention across enterprise platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise content platforms such as OpenText Content Server and Archive Center.
• Support compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to GxP, GDPR, and internal governance frameworks.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure cross‑functional project success.
• Provide technical guidance on platform operations, excluding administrative IT tasks.
• Promote internal awareness and training programs focused on compliance and document governance.
• Advise internal departments on best practices for data lifecycle management, retention strategies, migrations, and archiving.
