We are looking for a motivated SAP S / 4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center of Excellence. In this role you will contribute to global SAP S / 4HANA deployments, shaping the future of our sales and distribution processes across multiple countries. You will be part of an international cross‑functional team that values innovation, methodology and long‑term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.

Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office location.

• Drive the successful implementation of SAP SD within our global S / 4HANA transformation program ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP SD solutions (including configuration and customization) with a focus on order management, pricing, billing and shipping.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders providing expert guidance across all project phases: design, realization, testing, cutover, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities ensuring adoption of new processes and S / 4HANA solutions.
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality scalable solutions that support our global growth.
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP SD consultant with hands‑on exposure to international SAP deployments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Sales and Distribution implementations ideally in large‑scale industrial manufacturing multinational environments with Sales and Services business models.
• Strong process knowledge in order‑to‑cash, pricing, billing, shipping and their integration points with MM, FI, CO etc. and non‑SAP solutions (e.g. CRM, Field Services).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‐functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP S / 4HANA Sales certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
