Position: Account Manager

Who are we:

Mission:

The mission of this role is to manage and grow assigned customer accounts by building strong, trust‑based relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to support the execution of sales strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets. By acting as a point of contact for clients, the role ensures seamless communication and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sales managers and the project department
  • Collaborate on/prepare quotations for new inquiries and change requests, such as project presentations and profitability analyses
  • Negotiate technical changes, track incoming orders
  • Create price lists and check prices for parts and tools
  • Support invoicing and payment
  • Organise and document project meetings with cross‑functional teams from the production plants, development, and the customer
  • Support the back‑office function
For our Account Manager, we are looking for:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Commercial or a related technical field
  • Experience in a sales/commercial role (or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge)
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail
    Familiarity with automotive industry standards and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in German and English additional languages are a plus
