At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions :

• Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses).
• Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
• Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
• Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department. Requirements : Interest in Valuations Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization) is a plus Adept in Microsoft Excel Desirable : Disability Certificate 33% Required competencies :
