Formación

• 2+ years managing or supporting teams.

Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to act as a Team Leader, supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.

You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team, focused on providing optimization consultancy to our client's Account Managers. Your role is to guide the team and be the point of contact for all team members and team-related matters. You must be able to act proactively, set an example for the team, ensure smooth operations, facilitate effective collaboration, and help achieve the project's goals.

You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern, fast-paced environment driven by excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication;
• Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage daily operations;
• Monitor team performance and motivate team members to meet all goals;
• Achieve monthly / quarterly KPIs as set by the client;

Requirements

Fluent in English;

Minimum of 2 years managing / supporting teams;

Experience / training in Digital Marketing;

Strong experience with Google Suite (apps);

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills;

Analytical with problem-solving skills and mature judgment;

Experience in stakeholder management across teams and locations.
