A global provider of sustainable agriculture solutions is offering an internship opportunity in Madrid. The role involves providing IT support to end-users, managing hardware inventory, and implementing IT processes. Candidates should be proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, Autopilot, and Intune, with strong problem-solving skills. This internship is available for 6 to 12 months, and candidates must possess a valid visa if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to end-users via ticketing system.
• Manage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Implement and document IT processes, ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Act as the primary IT contact for internal teams and users.
• Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and procurement.
• Deploy and configure devices using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.

Manage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Implement and document IT processes, ensuring compliance and clarity.

Act as the primary IT contact for internal teams and users.

Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and procurement.

Deploy and configure devices using

Microsoft Autopilot

and

Intune.

Ensure clear communication of IT policies and procedures to users.

General infrastructure knowledge :

Proficiency in

Microsoft 365 suite

for administrative tasks and process documentation.

Experience with

SharePoint & OneDrive

is a plus.

Familiarity with

Microsoft Autopilot and Intune

for device provisioning is a plus.

Strong IT and technology skills

Proficiency in technical English is a must.

Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills.
