the e-commerce division of Gram Group for Germany and Austria, is looking for a talented Technical Sales Representative who is fluent in German and passionate about technology and customer relationships. This is a key role in our mission to modernize how industrial weighing solutions are sold and supported across Europe.

With Waagenet, our DACH-region e-commerce brand, we’ve established a strong digital presence — and now we want to go further. We’re expanding into new sectors such as logistics, where our volumetric weighing solutions open the door to exciting new opportunities.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Key Account Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers in the DACH region.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow existing accounts.

Technical Sales Support

  • Respond to daily inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right weighing or volumetric solutions.
  • Guide customers through product configuration and integration questions (electronics, connectivity, etc.).

Project-Based Sales

  • Lead customer projects from the commercial side — understand technical specs, align offers, and coordinate internally.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customer, technical support, and operations.

New Market Development in Logistics

  • Help us grow our footprint in the logistics and warehousing sector by identifying and engaging new prospects.
  • Act as an internal ambassador for volumetric weighing products and their market applications.
Requirements
Your Profile

Native or C2-level German speaker (essential)

Strong communication and commercial instincts

Proven experience in technical sales, industrial equipment, or B2B consultative sales

Solid technical understanding (e.g. electronics, industrial systems, IT connectivity)

Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools

Experience in or understanding of the logistics sector is a big plus
