A leading company in the media and advertising industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent and managing the recruitment process end-to-end. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients and colleagues, while enhancing the employer brand and driving effective hiring decisions.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and interview processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level); other languages are a plus.

HR Operations | HRBP | Talent Specialist

Your Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlueQuo , you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for some of the most innovative companies in the media and advertising industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an initial track record in recruitment who is eager to grow in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to drive impactful hiring decisions that support business growth across markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent Sourcing : Proactively build strong pipelines of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • End-to-End Recruitment : Support the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer stage—while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Client Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and design tailored recruitment strategies, with a focus on roles in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, and Performance Marketing.
  • Recruitment Operations : Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activities using ATS and internal systems.
  • Market Insights : Share data and feedback from the talent market to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
  • Employer Branding : Help strengthen BlueQuo’s and clients' employer brands through active candidate engagement.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve sourcing techniques, interview processes, and candidate engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (internships included).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies , candidate evaluation , and interview processes .
  • Proven experience hiring for international roles , preferably in Marketing or Media sectors.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Google Workspace suite.
  • Excellent communication , relationship-building , and organizational skills .
  • A hands-on , proactive , and resourceful approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic , fast-paced environment and remain effective under pressure .
  • Fluency in Spanish, English (C1 level); additional languages such as German , Italian , French , or Dutch are a plus.
