A leader in aeronautics is seeking a technical specialist to support NH90-GSPA helicopter operations in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, specifically in aircraft maintenance or production engineering. Responsibilities include defining maintenance plans and resolving technical failures. Strong English and customer-oriented skills are required, and knowledge of military airworthiness regulations will be an asset. Permanent position with a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Formación

• At least 5 years of technical experience in aircraft maintenance or production engineering.
• Full availability to travel.
• Technical knowledge in helicopter airframes and systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to ensure reliability and maintainability of NH90-GSPA helicopters.
• Define and develop maintenance plans.
• Manage and resolve technical events and failures.
• Prepare reports for renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness.

Job Description

To ensure the support of NH90-GSPA helicopter operation, for which he will provide technical support for the decisions that affect reliability, maintainability, testability, security operation and sustaining, logistical support service, modifications and system configuration.

To team up with the customer: the job is in customer facilities.

Maintain good relations and a balance between the contractor (DGAM) and operator of helicopter customers (Spanish Army).

Main Activities

• Work in customer military facilities (FAMET Colmenar Viejo BASE or OSC Arturo Soria Head Quarter)
• Maintain the level of operating safety and maintenance of the system reached during the design throughout the life cycle, developing and observing compliance with the requirements defined both initial and continuing, in accordance with established quality plans.
• Establish and develop standards and procedures for reliability, maintainability, testability and monitoring of maintenance actions.
• Study the addition of new functional capabilities, or modifying existing ones.
• Study of applicability of the actions and modifications proposed by the manufacturer (Service Bulletins) or established by national or international technical agencies.
• Define, develop and modify maintenance plans
• Configuration control and obsolescence management
• Data Analysis helicopter maintenance
• Management and resolution of technical events, failures in service and maintenance
• Preparation of reports for the renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness
• Support to the CAMO organization of Spanish MoD

Key Competencies

• Initiative and proactivity.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, or Production Engineering.
• Knowledge of civil and military airworthiness regulations
• High level of English
• Customer oriented
• NH90 technical knowledge / experience is very valuable.
• Desirable knowledge of MoD (Spanish Army / Air Force / Navy) airworthiness control configuration tools
• Team spirit. - Ability to work in a mixed team with clients
• Full availability to travel.
• Medium level in MS Office. Other additional computer skills may be valuable.
• Technical knowledges in Helicopter Airframes / Systems and Continuous Airworthiness matters will be valuable.

Education Requirements

Engineering (Master of Aeronautic Engineering Preferable)
