A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Commodity Manager (f / m / d) and take charge of the strategic procurement of Production Equipment (CAPEX) that drives our business forward! You will coordinate internal demand from collaborators and engage with the market to discover and identify potential suppliers. Your role will involve launching sourcing initiatives and tenders, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring strong partner management throughout the process. As part of our diverse and energized Indirect Material organization, your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our procurement strategies and encouraging innovation. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on business needs.

• Coordinate internal demand from customers to align procurement strategies with business needs.

What You Bring

• Senior strategic procurement experience with proven negotiation skills, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience related to the procurement of Production Equipment machinery.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
• A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a commercial program with relevant technical knowledge.
• A creative, assertive, analytical, and motivational attitude driven by customer orientation, along with strong decision-making skills and the ability to build networks.
• Proficiency in German is highly valued.
