A leading multinational company in virtual product development, with a direct and permanent hire model, is seeking several Staff Software Engineers to join its team in Spain. Are you looking for a challenging role as a technical expert?

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with strong technical expertise and experience in product development environments. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for building and evolving a commerce platform with a direct impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions in a cloud environment.
• Contribute to defining distributed systems architecture.
• Lead key product initiatives technically.
• Collaborate across teams to evolve the platform.
• Establish best practices in engineering, code quality, and technical culture.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
