We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe digital environment by reviewing user-reported content, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.
You will support users with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing insights that improve the overall user experience.
Assist users by handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses.
Stay informed about platform products, community standards, and policy updates.
Make balanced, well-reasoned decisions based on established guidelines.
Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform (account support, policy concerns, abusive content review).
Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of potential policy abuse.
Analyze data and identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks in workflows.
Provide high-quality written and verbal support.
Escalate sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.
Use market-specific insights to improve user support processes.
Maintain cultural awareness of the region you support, ensuring consistent and fair policy application.
Native-level Spanish (C2).
Good English communication skills (B2 or approved equivalent test result).
Ability to follow reasoning and analytical testing standards (minimum score based on internal assessment).
Up to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, customer service, or similar process-driven environments (preferred).
High cultural awareness regarding the supported market / region.
