Responsibilities
  • Following the rapidly continued growth of our customer base, Darktrace are looking to add to our team of Solutions Engineers. These fast-paced, technical and customer facing roles support our sales teams in ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Use your expertise to provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support, partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth and further the adoption of our products.
  • Act as the go-to technical point of contact between clients, partners and internal teams, providing passion and expertise on our cutting edge cybersecurity solutions to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Work alongside the sales teams in meetings with clients throughout the full end-to-end sales process, delivering Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level Executives.
  • Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
What experience do I need
  • We welcome applications from candidates with a technical background and existing sales engineer experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales engagements.
  • Ideally you’ll have an avid interest in cybersecurity with strong knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM) as well as TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and the ability to share complex technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in an innovative and fast-paced environment while delivering to deadlines.
  • Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
