Be part of an international team within a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, working in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and should be comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams, contributing in multiple areas.
• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile processes.
• Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvement.
• Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration.
• Share ownership of the product, including successes and failures.
• Participate in team-building activities to promote effective human interaction.
