As an Engineering Manager for the BuyX Discovery team, you'll lead a team of software engineers building sophisticated discovery experiences that help millions of business customers find the right products. You'll drive technical excellence while developing your team members and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering their growth and career development
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure operational excellence
• Partner with product, UX, and business teams to define and execute the technical roadmap
• Own the delivery of recommendation systems and large-scale distributed systems
• Drive data-driven decisions through metrics and customer insights
• Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and technical debt

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with machine learning, data engineering, and large language models
• Track record of delivering complex technical projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
