Responsibilities
- As SEO
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the website's content.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures to improve search engine visibility.
- Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with identified keywords.
- Link Building: Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality inbound links to improve the website's authority and trustworthiness.
- International SEO: Manage SEO for international audiences, including optimizing content for different languages and regions.
- Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and other SEO platforms to monitor performance of the website and campaigns.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports to track key SEO metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the search landscape.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay informed about search engine updates and adjust strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize landing pages and improve user experience and conversions.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SEO.
- SEO Audits: Perform regular audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices.
- As a Team Member
- Work closely with your team to understand objectives and problem-solve situations.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, development, marketing) to align with business goals.

Requirements
Based in Spain
- Experience and Expertise: 5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
- Specialization in International SEO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Valued Skills: Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, proactivity, and self-leadership.
- Self-starter with autonomy and initiative to identify new opportunities.
- Proven excellence in writing and communication.
- Fluent in Spanish; English knowledge is a plus.
